The game changer for every skin
The game changer for every skin: cleansing your face twice a day
For many years and even before becoming a makeup artist, I’ve always looked after my skin.
Our skin is our canvas and if we don’t look after it, this is when we start to see coming some breakouts, bumps and our skin becoming dull.
Cleansing your face is essential before applying any skin care in the morning and evening. Why? During the day and the night, excess oil/dirt/pollution and impurities can clog your pores and create breakouts and skin dullness.
Using your shower gel or your regular soap might not be enough or even just not suitable for your skin type.
Personally I like to have a super clean skin before applying any skin care or my make-up. These are the steps I would follow morning and evening:
- Remove my make-up with the Caudalie make-up removing cleansing oil. This oil will leave a smooth skin and it smells super good. It contains some Ricin oil which has the virtue to help your lashes and eyebrows grow. This is the perfect product for any dry to mixt skin type.
- Because there’re always some left-overs, I like to use the Caudalie instant foam cleanser. This is especially good for mixt and oily skin type. If you have a dry skin type I would skip this step and would rather use their Moisturising Toner.
- As a last step, I love using the Caudalie Grape Water that is from 100% organic grapes. It will instantly sooth and moisturize your skin. This is one of my favorite face spray because it diffuses water with such a fine mist. That’s one of the best sellers of Caudalie.
I discovered Caudalie a few months ago and it has been a game changer for my skin. I believe it can be a game changer for other skin types too.
What I love about Caudalie is that they use vegetal oils (grape, argan, sesame…), vegetal butter (like karate, avocado, mango, …), and ALL their products are free from Parabens (very harmful and can be found in some forms of breast cancers, Phenoxyethanol (can cause skin irritation), Phtalates (dissolvent agents), Mineral oils (Vaseline, paraffine can clog pores), sodium laureth sulfate or SLS (can cause skin and eyes irritation).
I would love to hear what is your cleansing routine. Share it in the comment box below.
